Qualifications: A masterís degree in public relations or related discipline and five yearsí professional experience in public relations writing. Demonstrated expertise in researching, writing and editing complex pieces is required. Preference will be given to applicants with graduate level course work in the pedagogy of public relations education and experience in university-level teaching as well as experience teaching using online technologies.
Duties: Preparation, teaching, student consultation, grading and marking, distribution of student evaluation questionnaires, involvement in student appeals, and other duties appropriate to the appointment. All distance (DLCE) courses require completion of current technology orientation from DLCE.

Remuneration: Remuneration is in accordance with the Collective Agreement between Mount Saint Vincent University and CUPE 3912
The following is the current stipend schedule contained in the Collective Agreement, including 4.9% vacation pay. Stipends listed correspond to a full unit (1.0) course. Contract stipends will be prorated according to the course unit value.
